He got exposed to Real Estate investing while in his youth while working under a contractor who was also an investor for many years. Following college, he and a few others founded a property preservation company that allowed him to help beautify the neighborhoods from the abandoned foreclosed homes that were almost everywhere in the prime of the recent recession. It was soon after that point where he decided to get into Real Estate to help all those in his path make home-ownership a well educated wise investment.
